Karma Security has the main approach to training the other job seeking member through classroom lectures, role play exercises, games and demonstrations. They will be given assignment specific training with guest lectures from eminent trainers from around and for positive thinking/motivation. Before deployment, it is mandatory for all employees to undertake Basic Security Training Course, which imparts the necessary skills to perform their duties.

In addition to lessons on basic guarding skills, they are also taught the elementary First Aid, Fire Fighting and self-defense course and procedures. Advanced training program are also tailor-made and based on the specialized areas they would be serving and to cater customers specific requirements. The training process in a continuous and progressive throughout the employee’s career to refresh and refine their knowledge.
