Dr. Manohar Pradhan is a founder and chairman of Karma Security & Services (KSS). He is forthright person with benign understanding and experience on “real world” executive management. He is distinguished by his ability to identify, leverage, and develop talent. Born in Bharatpur, Chitwan, Dr. Pradhan has received a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Dhaka University in 2000 and Doctor of Medicine (General Practice & Emergency Medicine) degree from Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University, Nepal in the year 2006.

Dr. Pradhan has been a senior vice president of Nepal Medical Association (NMA), Chitwan branch (2074-77 BS) and executive Member of Nepal Medical Council (NMC)from 2008for a period of 8 years. He is a life Member of NMA, General Practitioner’s Association of Nepal (GPAN) and World Organizations of Family Doctors (WONCA). Apart from these professional engagements, Dr. Pradhan is socially engaged and is a member of Rotary Club of Chitwan. He is patron of JCMS which is a scientific journal of the College of Medical Sciences in which he has published research papers and articles in different national and international journals. Dr. Pradhan has been working as an Additional Director at the College of Medical Sciences – Multi Super Specialty Tertiary Care Teaching Hospital since last 20 years. He is also a promoter at Times Pharmaceutical, Bharatpur Garden Resort, Siddhi Vinayak Oxygen Udhyog, Kumari Bank and Pradhan Cold Storage. His engagement with KSS is driven by the need for offering highly skilled, trained, motivated and committed personnel through managing various organizations and increasingly growing outsourcing sector like Karma Security & Services.

Mr. Surya Prasad Ghimire is a founder member and Board of Managing Director of Karma Security and Services Pvt. Ltd. has got an extensive management experiences in running various organizations for nearly three decades. Mr. Ghimire, a post graduate in social science, is a popular name in social activities and conducting various social awareness programs like community level medical health camps and school health programs specifically organized for poor and needy people. He is a promoter of Kumari Bank. In addition, Mr. Ghimire as an excellent coordinator and an efficient motivator is currently propelling the progress of KSS with all his dynamism. Mr. Ghimire has his firm determination to constantly push the society to become more self- reliant, better competent as well as to be healthier and happier.

Mr. Netra Narayan Sigdel is a well-known name in housekeeping and hospitality sector in Nepal and the Middle East. Mr. Sigdel has led the housekeeping team as an in charge in Radisson Hotel, a reputed five-star hotel in Kathmandu for over four years starting April, 2000. Following this engagement, Mr. Sigdel moved overseas to lead the Housekeeping team as Shift Leader in Dubai World Trade Center for over six years till 2010. Later in 2012, he took on a role as Assistant Operational Manager in Garuda Support Services where he managed all operations of the company within and outside Kathmandu valley.

Mr. Krishna Bahadur Shahi is an ex-army man from Nepal army. He has a track record of serving the security sector for over 32 years in military sector. Upon retirement, he has taken lead to a reputed Security Service Company in Nepal. Now he is one of the founder members of Karma Security and Services and has been providing quality services to a number of institutions and companies in Nepal.

In 2048 BS, Mr. Shahi participated the peace keeping troops of International Army for six months stint in UN Mission to Democratic Republic of Lebanon, second stint again in 2066 in Democratic Republic of Congo. Later in 2070, he was again posted to Democratic Republic of Lebanon. Mr. Shahi acquired an excellent Commando training, Black Belt in Taekwondo, fire-fighting with many others during his service period in Nepal Army. In the year 2071, he was retired from the Nepal Army as a Captain.

Mr. Rishi Ram Ghimire has been a popular name in local taxation since 1992. Before 2000, he has worked in different municipalities in Chitwan and Kathmandu. Later in 2001, he started tendering construction services to companies like Mid-Marshyangdi Hydropower Project through own construction company since 2015.

He served branch office in Chitwan as Managing Director of Ultra Security Services Company 2015-2018.

Mr. Saroj Neupane has been in an executive role in Dubai, UAE and has led the sales and marketing of Cooperative Society in Dubai for six years starting 2005. Later he served UNI Nepal Pvt. Ltd. for two years as Marketing In-charge. For the recent five years starting 2015, Mr. Neupane has served a reputed Security service company as an Operation Officer and was entrusted with the responsibility to oversee Out-of-Valley portfolio of the company.

Mr. Suraj Regmi is retired army personnel who has served Nepal Army for nearly 18 years and primarily provided training to new recruits and officers on key aspects of military service. In his career he has collaborated with International Army during his six-month UN Mission to Democratic Republic of Congo. Mr. Regmi has been popular for his skills he has acquired while in Nepal Army as Computing, Paramedic, Fire Fighting, Hygiene and Sanitation and accordingly has been the in-charge of capacity development on these areas to the security staff of the company. He was retired as Warrant Officer from Nepal Army.

Mr. Tulasi Prasad Shrestha is a professional personality with having valuable experiences of more than 25 years in the field of financial management. He has graduated in Bachelor in Commerce from Tribhuvan University in the year 1987. Similarly, he has completed Master's degree in Business Administration from the same university. He has contributed significantly to the development of the society and the country by being involved in different reputed governmental and non governmental organizations of Nepal. He has worked in Bharatpur Metropolis in the government service as an Officer. In addition, he has worked as a Financial Monitoring Officer and Public Finance Management Expert in the Local Governance and Community Development Programme and Province and Local Government Support Programme conducted at the flagship of the Government of Nepal under the technical assistance of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). He has also contributed in the higher education as a academician too. He has worked in Kunmarworti Multiple Campus, Nawalpur, Chitwan College, Narayangarh etc. as a lecturer of management stream.

Moreover, he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal and is also involved in the 'Tulasi Shrestha and Associates" as a registered auditor. He has professional skills especially in the field of management, accounting, auditing and taxation.
